About me: I was born in Norway, raised in England & finally rooted in the Caribbean where for the past 30 years I have enjoyed a very successful business career. With a passion for empowerment of the individual, I have been involved in facilitating speakers, presenting workshops and mentoring individuals in their personal growth (the most successful and ongoing being The Silva Method) in St. Maarten and the surrounding islands for many years. I now divide my time between the Caribbean and Saltspring Island, British Columbia.
